Welcome to Barksdale and the 2022-2023 school year! I am starting my 27th year at Barksdale. I am a product of CMCSS and could not be prouder to work for such a wonderful district.

A little about me...I am married to Scott, a Media Specialist at West Creek High School, and have two children...Katie, a Senior at APSU, and Cameron, a Senior at Clarksville High School. I graduated from APSU with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I completed my student teaching at Barksdale and then joined the faculty afterwards. I have taught first and third grades.
