Hi! My name is Carrie Hartz, and I am from Clarksville. I have three wonderful children. Mary Bailey and Thomas are both in high school, and Jackson will be in first grade this year! I have a Master's Degree in Education, and I am proud that Barksdale has been my home since I began teaching in 2005. It is a blessing to be a part of such an incredible teaching family. I have taught third and fourth grades and am so excited to begin my second year in first grade! I am passionate about teaching and make it my goal to help students grow not only in their knowledge, but also in their confidence and love of learning. I am so happy for the opportunity to be a part of your child's education and am looking forward to a fantastic year!
