My name is Katie Leaf and this is my 11th year teaching, but my first year at Barksdale Elementary. I am so excited to be a Bengal! Previously, I have taught in Washington state and Alaska as a special education teacher. Student success comes when our students try new things, make connections, and set goals. I cannot wait for the new school year, I am prepared to help our students move mountains this year and conquer their goals. ~Ms.Leaf~
