Welcome to Barksdale and Kindergarten! My name is Kristen Jones and this will be my 7th year teaching. This will be my second year at Barksdale after relocating here to Clarksville! I received my bachelor degree in Elementary Education from Western Kentucky University and my masters degree from the University of the Cumberlands in Teacher Leader and English as a Second Language. My husband and I will be celebrating our 6th anniversary this year. My husband is a Jazz Pianist and loves all things music. We have two dogs, Kona and Merle. I am so excited to be joining the Bengal family and having a fantastic year with your children!
